Unsafe conditions

Unsafe conditions are physical hazards in the workplace that increase the risk of injuries and accidents. Recognizing and reporting these hazards immediately you spot them is a shared responsibility, not just the safety team’s job.  And it's always advisable to inspect your work area and report or correct the risks before starting your work.  Common Unsafe Conditions to Watch For: Poor Housekeeping : Wet floors, cluttered walkways, and debris.
